During a recent 2025 Shanghai CPHI exhibition, we had the pleasure of meeting a prospective customer from Thailand who expressed great interest in our Y-510 Automatic Ampoule Labeling and Tray Inserting Machine.
Shortly after the exhibition, we were honored to welcome the customer to our manufacturing facility in Shanghai, China. During the visit, we provided a comprehensive on-site demonstration of the Y-510 machine, showcasing its fully automatic labeling performance, precise tray inserting capability, and seamless integration with ampoule packaging lines. This model has gained attention globally for its high labeling accuracy, customizable tray options, and efficiency in multi-size ampoule handling.
We were grateful for the opportunity to host the customer and deepen our business relationship through technical discussions, a hands-on equipment inspection, and even a group photo to commemorate this special visit.

Just two weeks after the successful factory visit, our team traveled to Thailand to visit the customer’s pharmaceutical facility. This follow-up meeting allowed us to gain further insights into their production environment and finalize the technical solution. We are proud to announce that the visit concluded with a successful order confirmation for the Y-510 unit, and we returned with the customer’s ampoule samples for further fine-tuning and performance testing.
