Leboning designed a fully integrated line comprising the following key machinery:Automatic Tray Forming Machine:This is 3-Station Automatic Pressure Thermo-forming Machine, specialized for forming PP, PS, HIPS, PVC, PET,OPS, EPS, C-PET, PLA, C-PLA, ABS or other materials sheet that can be widely used to produce all kinds of food and non-food packaging products.
Automatic Tray Separation, Ampoule Labeling, and Loading Machine: This sophisticated unit is the heart of the line's flexibility. It performs several crucial tasks sequentially:
Tray Separation: Automatically sucked and divided the pre-formed trays.Labeling: It precisely applies labels to the ampoules.
Loading: It accurately places the labeled ampoules into the designated pockets within the trays, adeptly handling all four ampoule sizes.
Automatic Cartoning Machine: Completing the packaging process, this machine automatically erects the appropriate paper cartons, inserts the filled ampoule trays, and securely closes and seals the cartons. It is also designed to manage the four different carton dimensions required by the client.
