High-Precision Labeling System for Vials
The design is optimized for easy maintenance and continuous, uninterrupted operation, minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity.It can be equipped with printing function to print lot number,manufacturer dates,expire dates on the labels,and can be inspected by the camera system,to detect whether the printing is correct.
Vial nfeed Mechanism
The feeding mechanism consists of several components,there will be rotary turntable to for feeding the vials to the infeed conveyor.The conveyor motor provides power to the conveyor line, an object photoelectric sensor triggers the labeling signal upon product detection, rollers position products between them, rotating as they approach the "wheel attachment unit," and an adjustment seat ensures proper tension on the conveyor belt.
Rorary star wheel with anti-backlash technology for accuracy and stability.
The main drive of the star wheel device is gear drive. It adopts the gear anti-backlash technology to ensure the transmission accuracy, and also to ensure long-term stability and maintenance.
